Common questions

What academies usually ask.

How long does onboarding take?
Most academies are live by the end of day one. Set up the operator profile, create your packages, add coaches, import your student roster, and you're done.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. They get a private WhatsApp link to a mobile web page. Tap, see kid's progress, no signup.
What sports do you support?
Cricket, football, badminton, tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis. Each has a built-in skill rubric. We add more on request — usually within a day.
Can multiple coaches use it?
Yes. Add each coach with role Coach — they get a stripped-down mobile console that shows only their batches + students.
Online payments?
Manual ledger today (UPI / cash / bank / card with reference numbers). Razorpay-backed Pay-now is on the roadmap; ask if it's a blocker.
What about data export?
Reports → Export CSV on every tab. Your data is yours; you can take it any time.
